Satya Nadella and other tech and business leaders congratulated Team India on its victory over the New Zealand cricket team in the ICC Champions Trophy.

Business leaders and tech moguls praised the Indian cricket team after it beat New Zealand in the ICC Champions Trophy’s final game. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella called the Men In Blue “legends” and praised skipper Rohit Sharma and star batter Virat Kohli for their performances.
“Congratulations to Team India on their incredible victory in the Champions Trophy final against New Zealand! Special shoutout to @ImRo45 and @imVkohli for their stellar performances. Legends!” he said.
Reliance Foundation chairperson Nita Ambani said the win was the “realization of a billion dreams, the soaring pride of a nation”.

Heartfelt congratulations to our Boys in Blue for lifting the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, for the third time and making the nation shine on the world stage once again. This triumph is more than just cricket—it is the realization of a billion dreams, the soaring pride of a nation. India shines, and the world is watching. Jai Hind!” Ambani said in an Instagram post.

Mahindra group chairman Anand Mahindra took to social media to congratulate the team and also shared the definition of the words “champions” to describe the Indian team’s extraordinary performance.
